Health coaching and therapy both support personal growth, but they differ in focus and approach. Health coaching is typically future-oriented, helping people set goals, build habits, and improve overall wellness in areas like nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle. Therapy, on the other hand, often explores past experiences and emotional patterns to address mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. While a health coach acts as a motivator and accountability partner, a therapist is a licensed professional trained to diagnose and treat psychological issues.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin exploring your goals, current challenges, and what meaningful change looks like for you. We’ll talk through where you are right now, what you’d like support with, and begin identifying small, realistic steps to help you move forward.
Whether in therapy or health coaching, the session is a supportive, collaborative conversation where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll start building a clear, personalized path that aligns with your needs, values, and overall well-being.

We offer virtual sessions with the option of audio only or video conference. This allows you to access support in a way that feels most convenient and comfortable for you.
For in person meetings, please reach out by email to inquire about current availability in Miami, New York or Los Angeles. In-person sessions are offered on a very limited basis and are not always available, but there may be occasional opportunities to meet if we are in the area and scheduling allows.

We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client in need of support. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a 50% fee.
