I have over 16 years of experience helping adults, adolescents and children. I am licensed in both California and Florida.
I use an integrative approach to our sessions, where we combine different modalities including Trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help you feel your best.
Together as we embark on your therapy journey, we will be creating a safe space to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of collaboration and invite you to share at your own pace.

Stacie has been involved in the wellness field for over 16 years, having educational and work experience in Europe and in the US. Stacie obtained her post graduate degrees in the United Kingdom. She completed her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Psychology with Sociology from Kingston University London, and Master of Science in Mental Health Studies from King’s College, London. Stacie obtained her professional credential as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida in 2013 and LPCC in California in 2022.
In 2015, she obtained her certificate as 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher in Palo Alto, CA. Inspired by mind-body integrative approaches, Stacie is committed to providing exceptional quality care and wellness experiences for all her clients. She has taught yoga to children and adults and has experience in various settings, including fitness studios, substance abuse rehab facilities and outdoors. Her style is integrative, using methods from different practices to develop a unique and harmonious yoga class.
